Description: The MZ ETZ250 is a rugged, utilitarian East German commuter powered by an air-cooled 243cc single-cylinder two-stroke engine. Renowned for its reliable 5-speed transmission, enclosed chain drive, lightweight frame, and distinctively boxy styling, it offers a simple, durable, and highly economical riding experience. This MZ is a UK bike first registerd in June 1990. HPI clear with recent report present. Comes with 12 months MOT. Runs and rides perfectly as you can see in the Youtube video above. The 25,874 miles shown on the clocks should be disregarded due to an MOT history discrepancy, where the recorded mileage dropped from 31,570 in 2013 down to 18,711 in 2014. Good Metzeler tyres. Fitted with Tezet contactless ignition kit. Some original parts included. There's some general wear & tear present but far less than you would expect to find on a bike that's 36 year old. Like most two-stroke bikes from that era it really does turn heads & attracts attention wherever you go! Due to age this bike is sold without warranty. This rare model is very good investment too & keenly priced to sell so be quick!
