Description: The 1995 Yamaha SR250 is a quintessential "standard" motorcycle, celebrated for its simplicity and reliability. Featuring a bulletproof 239cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine, it delivers friendly power for city commuting. Its lightweight chassis, low seat height, and classic teardrop tank make it an enduring favorite for custom cafe racer builds. This particular example is in very good condition with no damage or corrosion and is ready to ride away today. 21,061 kilometres (13086 miles) from new. MOT'd till 13th March 2027. The engine is sweet with no rattles or leaks. Runs and rides perfectly as you can see in the YouTube video above. Good tyres. Recorded as category "C" minor cosmetic damage back in June 2002. Bike was repaired and used on the road ever since with no issues. The bike shows some very light, age-related wear, though significantly less than expected for a 31-year-old machine. Overall a very useable, A2 licence compliant retro bike that will definitely appreciate in value, priced to sell so be quick!
